At Vacation Choices, if you’ve got complaints, we want you to let us know. That way we can solve your problem, and show you that we really do care about customer satisfaction!

Unlike many companies that bury their important internal phone numbers and make them impossible for customers to find online, or sites that make you call the main number, only to be sent on an unending dialing dance, we have a dedicated phone number ( 360-918-0662 ) where our customer satisfaction team can answer questions, resolve complaints, and get supervisors involved if needed to address any issues that come up.

At Vacation Choices, we’ve taken it even further. We set up a dedicated complaint satisfaction form below for our members to fill out directly below, just for those members who prefer to fill out a form online rather than calling. And we want you to use it, because if you don’t let us know what’s not right, we can’t make it right!
